The COVID-19 has now spread to most parts of the world. Local authorities increasingly apply restrictions to prevent the spread of the virus, potentially impacting production and supply chains.
At Eltete Transport Packaging Solutions in Finland we are following our standard risk protocol and doing our utmost to reduce the impact of COVID-19 on our business. All our office employees are fully enabled to work remotely to secure business, and our production is set to work in shifts and able to be reorganized if needed. We will remain fully operational. Our raw material stock is increased, and production has been running up-front for over a week already.
This being said, we cannot ensure production and delivery in case the Local Authorities would announce nationwide quarantine, or the freight companies and carriers would be restricted. We recommend our customers to send their orders reserving more delivery time just in case there would be delays due to any transport company limitations.
